growth of business has put NYCE Pharma Pvt. Ltd. among the top echelons of both
Pharmaceutical Companies and the Medical fraternity. The attitude of the management
to keep an open mind to diversification in profitable fields of business and to
keep pace with the needs of time the company diversified in 2004 with a new division
of online commodity trading by becoming Trading Cum Clearing member of Multi Commodity
Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX). Further we have successfully entered and consolidated
our presence in the financial market by becoming the member of National Stock Exchange
of India Ltd (NSE).

& Derivatives Ltd. and NYCE Commodities & Derivatives Ltd.
